REPLACEMENT POLICY

PURCHASES MADE ON WWW.SCOOPEAT.COM CANNOT BE RETURNED ,BUT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF THE

PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER OUR TEAM VALIDATES THE DAMAGE THROUGH EMAIL OR PHONE COMMUNICATION.
REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 7 DAYS. 

REQUESTS MADE AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ANY QUERIES BEYOND 30 DAYS FROM THE ORDER CONFIRMATION DATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
BROKEN OR TAMPERED PRODUCTS DUE TO CUSTOMER MISHANDLING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT.

RETURN POLICY: ONLY ELEIGIBLE IF THE PRODUCT RECEIEVED IS WRONG.

✅NO CLAIMS FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VALID IF MADE AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
✅NO REQUEST FOR A REFUND, RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS AS PER

THE ORDER AND NOT IN DAMAGED CONDITION.

✅ THE ITEM IS UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS & PACKAGING INTACT.

✅ THE PRODUCT IS NOT DAMAGED OR BROKEN DUE TO CUSTOMER HANDLING.

STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Contact our Customer care support team - support@scoopeat.com with your order number, reason for return, and

images of the product (if defective, damaged, or incorrect).

1. PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
2. ONCE APPROVED, SECURELY PACK THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING ALONG WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION.
3. OUR DELIVERY PARTNER WILL PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS.
4. QUALITY CHECK WILL BE DONE AT PICKUP & AFTER RETURN PROCESSING.
🔹 IF YOU OPT FOR AN EXCHANGE, OUR DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVE WILL DELIVER THE NEW ITEM AND SIMULTANEOUSLY

PICK UP THE RETURNED ITEM FROM YOU.
INSPECTION AND APPROVAL:

UPON RECEIVING THE RETURNED PRODUCT, OUR QUALITY CONTROL TEAM WILL INSPECT IT TO ENSURE IT MEETS THE
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. REFUND IN CASE OF RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BASED ON THE CONDITION OF

THE PRODUCTS

IF THE PRODUCT MEETS OUR CRITERIA, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE

COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCT.

IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET OUR CRITERIA, IT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED OR REJECTED.

REFUNDS:

• REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

• FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS, THE SHIPPING + COD CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AND CREDITED WITHIN 5 - 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM
• REFUNDS WILL INCLUDE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEM, MINUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ANY CANCELLATIONS CAN BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDERS, BY WRITING TO US AT:-

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT WITHIN 5-10 WORKING DAYS.

WE OPERATE MONDAY TO FRIDAY (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS).
ANY REQUESTS RECEIVED ON WEEKENDS (SATURDAY & SUNDAY)
WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY (MONDAY).
